Lightweight, high strength materials are generally high intensity of the skin (surface) and the lightweight core material composed of a structural material. Often referred to as sandwich structures.

"Sandwich" structure similar to the force used on the I-beam construction of the force structure, the surface of the skin equivalent of I-beam flange, beam core material is equivalent to the abdomen. The following picture shows the "sandwich" structure of the force.
